Chanel Pop Up During NYFW Featuring The Boy.friend Watch Collection

This weekend, Chanel opened a pop-up store in New York City's Meatpacking District to introduce New Yorkers (and NYFW goers) to its BOY.FRIEND watch collection.  Chanel believes in love and wanted to show a kind of metaphor for the " Boy.friend" featuring the virtual diary of a girl and her watch that does the BF job right: It's always on her, goes everywhere with her, and causes no drama. Truly the dream come true:) We were able to make it this Sunday which was the very last day of the exhibit, held at at 446 West 14th Street. The pop-up store was a success everyone there was very friendly and more than happy to inform us, the public all about the boy.friend watch.

They served fancy smores and cute triangle shaped confetti cake along with iced tea served on trays by handsome model like men wearing black suits. They also had a very cutesy vintage vending machine that had Coca cola glass bottles with the phrase "share a coke with boy.friend."

They had several other machines with a push button that released Boyfriend watch tattoos and very cute phrases to go with the theme.

There was a photo booth to take pictures with the watch, a video clip of the pictures was sent to everyone's email. I loved the fact that they had different phrases on each white wall, gave it an art gallery feeling. I also loved the fact that the pop up store made you feel like you were a part of the Chanel movement, made you want to know more about the watch.

The boyfriend watch was gorgeous by the way it was inspired by Mademoiselle Chanel, with its masculine touch and rare 18k yellow/rose gold, which by the way was her favorite.

The boy.friend watch is available in several colors like, white, navy, black and red.

The navy blue one was recently featured in Vogue and the watches range from 12,000 - 26,000 dollars.

I sported two watches both valued at 26,000 dollars each, thanks again Chanel for letting me wear the watch and take my pictures!
